Subluxed ulnar nerve i believe it's called correct me if im wrong. But i'm not sure if i have it or if it is something else. The school athletic trainer for football told me it was tennis elbow but i think he is wrong. The snapping occurs during benching, push ups, bicep curls, or when i just bend my arm all the way with no weight. It isn't really painful but it causes discomfort while working out and eventually i feel tingling in my ring and pinky fingers. It only occurs on my non-dominant arm. Anyone know what this might be?

You should wait until a week and then if the situation got worser you could visit a doctor or something. People say you need to get full rest but I think you can still train with less weight
BTW I'm not a pro bodybuilder or a doctor so you should check out on other forums because there may be other people dealing with the same situation
