I know a lot of people don't like cauliflower pizza because they would rather the real thing, as would I. But for my appetite this works.
Two heads of shredded cauliflower
2 whole eggs
30 Tbsp egg whites
2 1/2 C Mozz Cheese.
In 12 inch cast iron skillet brown the cauliflower with garlic powder and basil
Mix all egg products and cheese together then add that to cauliflower in pan and bake in oven at 350 until egg cooks.
Take it out and add toppings, I excluded cheese because there was enough in there.
Came out to like 1700 calories for the whole thing which is a good way to just straight fill up on a relaxed macro day. You will hit your protein macros with this, and fiber.
Problem is cauliflower is so expensive now.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Breakfast for pretty much every day. I make five sets of iron the weekend so I can just eat and go during the week.
Scrambled eggs and egg whites with spinach, onion, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, and mushrooms.
Oatmeal with banana, I add sugar free syrup to that as well.
Great day at gym yesterday, PR in squat despite a slight deficit in calories. But then I dropped the 45 on my foot And fractured my toe. Despite that had a great kettlebells snatch workout with 50 rounds and a total of 25 minutes of work in.
With Alan Rickman's passing I'm reminded of how much I fear cancer, I fight to keep a healthy heart but someday you might just be taken anyway.

On the weekends I cook everything for the week: Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners. This is what I made for dinners.
Pulled Pork Chili
My recipe is
1 pound meat
2 cans Chili beans
1 8 oz can tamoto sauce
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1Tbsp garlic powder
1/4 C brown sugar
I would like to add habanero but my wife says no.
Philly chicken spaghetti squash.
Cut the spaghetti squash long ways and bake until soft, pull out strands and mix with diced peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté it with worcestershire. Cut some chicken in cubes and sauté in Worcestershire as well. Mix all and put back into squash half's, sprinkle with Mozz Cheese and bake till cheese melts.
Chicken and eggplant parmesan.
Dip chciken in egg white and sprinkle with parm cheese, then either bake it or grill in cast iron skillet I think the skillet gives a nice chat flavor. I cooked eggplant slices and tomato separately so chicken didn't burn waiting for them to cook. Layer all three and sprinkle some cheese on until it melts.
Side note; before cooking eggplant cover it salt to draw out moisture. This also brings the acidity out. Rinse and cook.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Trying to take the fat off and keep lifts the same. I'm currently OK with where my lifts are but last time I lost weight too fast and started getting weaker.

Internet back up and power back on. Sent out to eat for the day yesterday as no way of cooking food but oh well.
Weighed in before I went out at 167.
The biggest ice cream cookie sandwich I could make for my wife's birthday. It had Rocky Road ice cream in the middle, a whole quart. Now that I have a cast iron skillet, this will be revisited.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Grip strength is coming along NICELY; still keeping reps on lifting so cut is going well so far, though admittedly I overate during the power outage.
On a related no if you're ever around the Raleigh, NC area. Coppola's pizza and grill American pie is a hnnngasm

Had a good workout Monday but since then just no energy, Friends coming from NH this weekend and I'm making some macro unfriendly food. Pics to follow.
Meantime.
Another food challenge.
2 pound burger patty
1 pound BBQ pulled pork
Pile of Cole slaw
1 pound fries
1 gallon iced tea.
Finished th3 sandwich and fries in 38 minutes and took the next 20 just to drink half the tea.
Thought I technically didn't finish, they still gave me a $25 gift card for downing the food.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Yeah, Backyard Bistro. Tea was part of the challenge, didn't think to ask for something else. At least the let me do unsweetened, I wasn't about to eat 6000 calories worth of food and wash it down with another 1200 of sweet tea.
I had my fun and am back to cutting now, after that I'll start thinking about the ruckus challenge. Maybe taking some more fat off will improve stomach capacity.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

I asked them if I could drink something else, like water, and they said it'd be fine. I haven't done the challenge (at least not yet), but that gallon of ice tea really put me off. By the way, how was the burger in terms of taste?
I also wanted to do the Ruckus Pizza challenge, but I don't have a car to get to any of the locations, so that has never come to fruition. And I'm not really going to waste a day on a bus or a cab fare just to go stuff myself silly."In all things there is a poison and there is nothing without a poison. It depends only upon the dose whether a poison is a poison or not." ~ Paracelsus

The burger actually tasted good. The tea wasn't so bad just ask for a cup with no ice, you' re basically drinking another glass of water if you don't.
Whenever I get around to doing the Ruckus I'll let you know and I can pick you up somewhere and take you with me, maybe with two people doing it my wife won't be as embarrassed.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.
