Water weight drop; 3 pounds over 1 week.
Then my parents came to visit and a weekend of BBQ, Pancakes, and Ice Cream.

Took me 31 minutes.

Feeling great on deadlifts today, they're starting to come back.
Then a 40-something woman came in with triceps of peace and I got real deflated real fast.

13 mile run Saturday morning, good breakfast followed.
This was not for breakfast but always a go to when I'm looking for volume.
Sauted green peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms. Browned turkey sausage, turkey ham. Pour in egg whites and bake until done.
I know eat the yolks, and I do. But in this case I'm looking for little calories for lots of food.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

in college there was a woman at the gym who was in about as awesome shape a woman can be in and still be attractive. she'd be crushing the machines looking toned as hell with bigger biceps than most of the frat guy friends i used to lift with...

It reheats about as well as eggs reheat. Kinda rubbery but I love the idea of coming home and dinner is already done so I'll deal with the leftover aspect. I be if you reheated it in a toaster oven it might not be as bad.
With all the running, I've been getting better (turns out I run a better pace than my uncle in the Army). So, I've been playing with recovery and all so that I can run races and get into powerlifting as well.
Starting a new gym after August so I can get my work in then come home and look after the little bear while my wife gets her workout in, this new gym opens at 4:30 and is 5 mins from the house (current gym is 40 mins but close to work).
Just as well, I'm trying to get into a pharmaceutical company a half hour closer to me anyway.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Deadlifts went crappy yesterday, run left me dead this morning. I've been having stomach issues lately and trying to figure it out, when I realized that the energy drinkI drink before a workout has the caffeine equivalent of two redbulls. One cup of black coffee will stop me up. Hopefully cutting that out will fix things up.
I got all cramped up running and dehydrated. Couldn't do a y justice to this beauty.
