I started 245 about 3 years ago. That picture was in college on a track and field trip.
I lost that weight but it came back after marriage, masters degree, and then teaching.

Speed intervals killed me, but they went well.
30 minutes at 1% incline; 1 minute at 6 mph, 1 minute at 9 mph..
Made a small Greek pizza for my wife last night.

I started dropping about June, 2011. Got to 150 and decided to take a break, put about 20 pounds on to my 3x10 working weight in dead, squat, and bench. Also got to 184 bodyweight but that was mostly due to a 2 week vacation with my wife.
Still keeping hold of a majority of the strength.
Got my masters in teaching, taught high school for a year which was where a lot of gain came from. Hour drive to and from work and I stopped for a lot of snacks.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Squats: 185X 4, 4, 3, 3
Bench pause reps:175X 6, 5, 5, 4
3 inch deficit deadlifts: 265X 4, 3, 3, 3
T-bar rows: 110X 8, 7, 6, 6

Numbers have declined slightly from 184, but I suppose you'll have that. Still have some good days in there.
Cardio: sprint intervals for 30 minutes at 1% inc!line.
6 mph at minute 1
9 mph at minute 2
6 mph at minute 3
9 mph at minute 4
Continue until 30 minutes

After talking up the 5 AM gym crew I had a run in with a couple of guys I call the bench press brah's. They were doing p***y rep OHP in the squat rack while I was waiting to do front squats.
Other than that, back squats went alright. Not my best but certainly not my worst.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Been doing the speed intervals on treadmill 3x a week but I think I'll switch Wednesday over to just a light run because I have no energy for legs on Friday and deadlifting has suffered, but pressing is still going great.
Not a great angle but here's what I called the double bacon fatty patty melt.

Yeah, I've noticed they wear me out too much. However I did better today and felt the energy to run 12. Could have gone for 13 but got tired of turning around.
I'm still playing around with training to find the sweet spot to keep everything improving. Once I get to a desired physique level I know I'll have no problem keeping up with the calorie requirements to be a hybrid athlete in strength and endurance.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

What I like about Saturday is I eat a little more due to the long run.
Breakfast today. Tried half bread flour and half cornmeal for pizza; made it break apart, I prefer chewy with a little crisp.
Stuffed pork chops and stuffed mushrooms. Just used stove top stuffing and a little cheese for mushrooms.

As I get leaner.
I've noticed that when I get to the 150's, the weight becomes harder to take off. However per pound I do take off it makes a more noticeable difference physique wise. I already run 22 miles a week so more cardio is not an option, other than just naturally increasing mileage due to getting better. And dropping calories without a doubt not an option, I'll just be happy with the slower pace as it's still moving forward.
Gone three weeks without any substantial amount of carbs, tonight I have friends coming over for dinner with four of their nieces and nephews. So I have a fridge full of 9 pounds of pizza dough, three bags of chicken wings and chicken breasts, a Costco bag of cheese sticks.
Gonna have calzones, fried Mozz sticks, wings and bonless wings, garlic cheesy bread, and extra dough if the kids want to make their own pizza. Friends are bringing dessert.
Gonna try to document as I cook throughout the day.
Currently about 157.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Pizza sauce. 1 Tbsp Olive oil, 1 Tbsp Butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp oregano, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1 TSP brown sugar, 1 TSP salt, 1 can drained San Marzano tomatoes. Sauté dry ingredients and cook on low all day.

Forgot to post pictures of calzones.
Wit the kids there I could only get them afterwards.
Fried Mozz sticks
Gonna drop the speed intervals and just go back to running liss.
Not seeing any improvements on my long run, in fact getting worse.
No recovery now for the compound lifts like deadlift and squat.
Not worth it for a few extra calories burned.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Calzones: Because sometimes you just want a massive, inside-out pizza filled with goodness.
Srsly, looks legit as hell Drush. All Italian food is a win. It's hard to avoid it, but it's just as difficult to eat it consistently. It adds up quick, and I have no control with good Italian food.
Or ice cream. LOL. (I'm looking at you Wlod )Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

I am terrible with Italian food; if I know I'm going out for pizza, then I know I'm going to overeat. I usually just prepare for things like that ahead of time, make it an IF day or something and then it won't take long to bounce back.
Usually I plan around a get together and expect to eat around 5K in one sitting. I don't think that means I have a bad relationship with food, I just know what my appetite is capable of. I make it work for me.
My wife can't handle sweets, if I make a batch of brownies half will be gone in the first day.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

I know these feels. I can't keep ice cream in the freezer, fruits snacks in the house, or any amount of select candy/cookies in the house because I eat them until they are gone.
I'll admit that there are foods I just have little to no control over. The biggest difference IMO is just removing those foods from the pantry/freezer so I don't just have them around to "binge" on.

Guilty as charged
I was disappointed when Pizza hut got rid of their P'zone. I used to love those things!
I'm the same way, tbh. I have some willpower but I can only open the cabinet so many times and ignore cookies, fruit snacks, etc. Instead, I just save the money and don't buy it and keep it around.★Subaru WRX/STi Crew★

i only eat pizza once in a long while because it's fun to overeat pizza. 2 or 3 slices is awful. (thin crust FTW)
calzones are nice, but you gotta get them made well. bad pizza > bad calzone and it's not even closeDomicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

I have had more than my fair share of bad calzones.
Things I've learned: Don't overdo the filling, Sauce is for dipping (if you put it inside it gets soggy), PREHEAT THE OVEN! (that chit won't crisp if you don't), precook your fillings, Make the dough up the night before (tastes better).
I have to hide from my wife, though I gotta give her credit. I got her a box of girlscout cookies in the freezer and she hasn't gotten into them yet.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.
