To keep up with the weekend I'll post as I go.
Oreo cheesecake (spent a couple minutes too long in oven but still good)
Snickers pie (incredibly easy to make)

After only a few days of eating like this my energy levels have plummeted. I was too exhausted to do my workout today.
Time to get back on the micro-train.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

I love family but I have no energy cue to all of the fried food I'veben eating. I need some micros.
Skillet brownie, the skillet gives it some crispiness.
I tried power cleans with front squats again and my forearms just get beat all to heck. I don't need to do cleans so I'm just going to front squat from the rack from now on.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

It's amazing how much those micros make a difference. Much more energy now.
Deadlift: 135x5 sl, 225x3, 315x4, 2, 3
Rest of workout was good but deadflifts are the main attraction on Friday.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Krispy Kreme Challenge. 2.5 miles to Krispy Kreme, 12 donuts, 2.5 miles back.
Went the wrong way coming back so I lost 5 minutes, next year I know where to go and I'm gonna start at the front of the line to not get stuck behind walkers.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Great week so far, consistent 20 minutes on kettlebell work both Tuesday and today. Wednesday felt like a squat PR, lookin for a good deadlift day tomorrow. Feeling leaner lately.
Birthday pizza last August.
Supreme pizza might be my favorite, I'm gonna miss this place because we moved too far from it.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Ran 11 miles in 1:34:32. So far the running has not affected me in the weight room, I keep a close eye on things.
Grant it I eat enough to recover without going over tdee and basically do nothing on Sundays.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Here is my workout routine, when I PR it just means I did more reps than before. I hardly max out. I increase weight when I got all sets and reps.
Monday
Squat 3x10
Bench 3x10
Deficit deadflifts 3x5
Rows (prefer t-bar) 3x10
Superset leg press/calf raise 2x failure
Run 30 minutes
Tuesday
Kettlebell snatch workout: 6 snatches in 15 sec left hand, rest 15 sec, 6 snatches right hand.
I go back and forth at that for up to 40 minutes, just started the 24 Kg today and went 10 minutes.
Wednesday
Squat 3x10
Bench 3x10
Pullups 3x10
Front squat 3x5
Shrugs 2x failure
Run 30 minutes
Thursday
Same as Tuesday
Friday
Conventional Deadlift 3x5
Bench 3x10
Squat 3x10
OHP 3x10
Superset curls/triceps ext 2x failure
Run 30 minutes.
Saturday
11 mile run
Sunday
Walk the dog and chores.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

Been a while since I posted.
Numbers haven't gone down in the weight room and I'm sitting on 161 bodyweight.
Jumped up to a 53 pound kettlebell for snatch workouts, the problem is it's a competition Bell and this things are a lot different dynamically. Still a good one though.
Whenever I decided to have a day to eat I always want to make pizza because I came up with some ideas.

I've been meaning to get back to this, just haven't taken the time to. As well I have been neglecting everybody else's blogs.
Lifts are still going well, down to 159 bodyweight.
Going to try out speed intervals on the treadmill now, see if I can improve my 11 mile time.
******** had the good graces of reminding me of this gem.
