Keto while doing Chiseled workout program help needed

2015 was a good year for me personally. I started doing crossfit and was introduced to keto. Before starting keto for my first time I was able to go from 240lbs down to around 205 but when I got there it seemed impossible to get under 200lbs. Then I started doing a keto diet an went from 205ish down to 183lbs. Thats where I am at now. As of now im not doing crossfit anymore and desided to sign up for the transformation challange and I am going to start the chiseled workout program tomorrow. I will be doing 2 a days going to the gym at 3am before work and around 2pm after class. I am working part time and going to school full time so pretty much everything I will eat I will have to prep today. I would like some help desiding what to eat pre and post workout and also dont want to have to eat this same exact meal 7 days a week. As of now this is what I got
