    It does work, but few people have the discipline to stay consistent.

    And length gains are likely to stay permanent but girth may diminish some.

    I do it while watching Netfilx/Youtube/whatever so it doesn't feel like a total waste of time.

    I just want half an inch of girth and half an inch of length. lol

    Been doing it a couple weeks. Made 0.125" of girth gains so even if that's just increased blood flow, that's pretty cool.

    Actually there are plenty of pics of success stories, no homer. Try PEGym and Thundersplace.

    Long story short, coming from someone who did it for a year. It definitely works. Right now I'm at 7.8 but at the end of my Jelq run I was closer to 8.5. You have to do it for a very, very long time to "cement" your gains and I don't have that kind of time. Life caught up to me and I stopped, but I'm still sitting at 7.8 which is slightly bigger than my starting point of 7.4. I know, "why're you jelqing when you're already big?"     Here's some better advice, skip Jelqing altogether and research hanging. Length gains from jelqing are negligible, it's more for girth. And when it comes to growth everyone knows you focus on length first. I know it sounds dangerous, but if you know what you're doing it's far and away the most effective way to grow your ish and the gains are more permanent. I think most of the gains I kept stem from hanging tbh. Jelqing and Kegels imo, are better suited as exercises to improve the strength of your erections, which they really truly will. When I first started I went from like 7/10 quality to 10/10 easily.

    EDIT: And it's worth noting that most guys are nowhere near peak erection strength, due to weak pelvic floor muscles, over consumption of porn, etc, etc. It's not uncommon for guys to see 0.5-1 inch gains in erect length as well as 0.25-0.5 in girth just by improving their erection quality, before even doing any actual growing.

    Read all the articles on PE. Learn about the penis' anatomy, the logic behind PE. Learn all the exercises and for the love of God, never perform the exercises fully erect, and use a light to medium grip.

    Keep in mind, much like the gym, you have to be very consistent and have realistic goals. Most gain 1 inch in length. If you think that 1 inch is really worth the time, then go for it.

    Its legit. I discovered it when i was, 19 and had no life just school and sports.. Consistantly stretched flexed and milked for over a year. . It really upped my confidence and changed my life. .

    I don't think i gained much length. But width was impressive. I wish i would've kept doing it

    It worked for me. I did it consistently for like 4 years while I was in college, gained a ton. Had quite the reputation on campus, lol. But if you stop, all the growth reverses and you're back where you started. My recommendation would be, start with kegels to develop your erection strength. Do that for 3 months, then research jelqing. My go-to forum was cheekycherry.com

    Here's some better advice, skip Jelqing altogether and research hanging. Length gains from jelqing are negligible, it's more for girth. And when it comes to growth everyone knows you focus on length first. I know it sounds dangerous, but if you know what you're doing it's far and away the most effective way to grow your ish and the gains are more permanent. I think most of the gains I kept stem from hanging tbh. Jelqing and Kegels imo, are better suited as exercises to improve the strength of your erections, which they really truly will. When I first started I went from like 7/10 quality to 10/10 easily.

    EDIT: And it's worth noting that most guys are nowhere near peak erection strength, due to weak pelvic floor muscles, over consumption of porn, etc, etc. It's not uncommon for guys to see 0.5-1 inch gains in erect length as well as 0.25-0.5 in girth just by improving their erection quality, before even doing any actual growing.

    I may or may not have done hanging for about 6 months. Gained about half an inch in length slight girth gain maybe 1/8th inch. Be sensible and read as much as you can. I started with 5 lbs and never went past 15. Moving up whenever I felt I was ready. 3 sets 20 min each with 10-15 min between. If the head ever turns blue or you get extreme numbing stop what you are doing.

Do you really think on certain forums there is guys who have thousands of posts who never sell anything who have homemade hanging devices you can build for $8 from supplies at Home Depot are out to break your dick?     I did just stretching and went from just over 6 to just over 7
    I don't jelq cos of nofap, it's too similar to fapping
    Stopped doing it and it's about now ~6.75
