-2 things: my motherfukkin spotter stole my second rep at 140, he touched the bar so I'm not counting it. It was a true grinder, so I'm not even sure I had rep 2 in me, but I felt strong after the first rep so who knows
-Also, behind the neck presses are so damn weird, why tho?

Good job on the bp, sucks about the spotter snagging the bar too early on the last one. Sometimes it's tough to tell when somebody needs you to jump in. I figure when they're pinned and start crying it's time to help.

I do feel them in the anterior delts but in my biceps too. This is actually one of the bicep exercises I like more because I get a killer bicep pump and actually feel like it's working!
I use the little 25lb plates instead of the 45s, so maybe a few inches?___________________________________________________________

Hi Bubs! Looks like things are going great in here, stupid spotters not withstanding
Behind the neck presses... I think my coach has had those in some form in my program every cycle for the last 3 months. They are definitely weird but I actually kind of love them now. Except for when it's behind the neck jerks. For some stupid reason I can't seem to get the bar back down on those without taking the skin off the back of my neck.
