Alright everyone, here's my new log. Inspired by last year's kick in the a$$ and the long road to recovery.
For everyone that doesn't know me, here's the cliff's:
-Use to train like a power lifter, got really effing strong for such a small person.
-Then I tore the ever-living-sh!t out of my hamstring
-Then I went into kidney failure and was diagnose with Lupus.
-All in the same year, I got married, got a new job, and moved. it's been a crazy year.
-Now after not lifting for approximately 4 months due to illness/setbacks, I'm back on the train. But the road ahead is long and I'll likely never be where I was before. I'm learning to accept this new reality.
Thanks for following along!!

Bubz. I think you may have the record for maxing out a journal in the shortest time possible. You maxed out your first one in two years. Let's see if we can break that record.

Don't blame me, gurl fren. You're the one who created General Woody and friends. Lol.
Plus you got Penny and Harry who has to make two jokes for every single time I use the word snatch.
They're the catalyst as much as General Woody.
I just noticed something. Only in a Bubz journal can one full page of posts be entered and not a single entry is for a training session. I bet your first training entry will be on page 4. Lol.This above all..
