Sorry to hear about the iron issue, most women have more trouble with it, but it was my understanding having red meat in your diet was the big factor. Have you ever talked to a doctor about it?

so aside from being super frustrated with some small businesses ordering system and ability to read and answer questions (like answer one ignore the 6 other and make me have to look annoying and ask you 4 more times with no response then you put in my order with specs that are pulled together from my different questions) then I say what is going on - well i thought you were ready thats why we took payment - well i thought you wanted the payment to get the process started and answer my questions (havent said that yet) and now I have to figure out how to not sound like the annoying indecisive person because the specs you sent me may or may not be right because i didnt fully decide bc you never answered my questions!!! ugh and i sent 3 versions of a file and you never confirmed that you tested the right one
I wish I knew how to be more firm but nice in emails (and make decisions)

worked up this morning to 200/3, should have then done back off sets of 185/5x2 but felt like my form was suffering so did 2 sets of 3 at 185 then another of 10 at 135 bc I was feeling pumped and had the energy
So I was going to say this was a weight and rep PR bc I tried to pull 200 last summer and it didnt budge but now that I am looking through my videos I see one where I couldnt get 205 or 200 but 195 for singles, but there is another video that say its 205 singles.... WTF now I have to figure out if that was and comments are correct or look back in hereinstagram: @mackitten

Try squeezing your butt as hard as you can when you break the floor. Your lower back is doing most of the work at the beginning of the pull. Let's see if we can get your glutes to do that work instead.

Have I mentioned glute activations before? I don't know if we discussed it or if that was someone else, because since I started doing them I've talked about it a lot, lol.
I find that doing them not only helps with the muscle activation itself, but after having warmed up with glute stuff, when I start my lifts I'm already thinking about working the glutes so my head is in it too.

Ah the constant knee struggle. I'm always thinking about pushing the floor way but maybe I should also remember some of these other things. Still a nice pull and some day you can stomp it with 215. You can do it!
