    I train very heavy, high volume, to complete failure. I don't follow an IIFYM diet, simply because my 7 clean meals a day produced much better progress than a macro based diet. I bulked up to 200lbs last year and looked much smaller and puffer ect while following iifym. Sitting at cut 182, I look bigger/leaner. Dealing with rotator cuffs injuries now. If requested I'll post up a comparison pic.

    Chest has actually been an overpowering point for me. This picture shows it a little. I ha db to adjust the training to only once a week because it was getting unproportionate.

    2x a week. Suffered a quad injury 16 months ago, off it for 8 months but came back strong. Will post pics tomorrow.
