Christmas + sharing a car= not conductive to lifting lol. Down to 1 full body a week lol, he works two evening shifts a week so I'm stuck at home those nights, and the weekends are packed full of shopping and socializing and hangovers. The other three nights of the week are also either social or errand nights lol. **** sake
Still maintaining my 135.7lbs though and we are getting right back at it now as soon as holidays are over hahaha. Yay Christmas!!!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

After Christmas I'll smarten up but I don't care if I gain a pound or 3, I'll work on it later. Christmas time is once a year and it's my favourite!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Daaamn. Basically same thing though. Drank a few times (a little more spaced out) recently, but my food calories weren't too high so it balanced out a it. I think. Not weighing until a couple weeks after the holidays.

Took our measurements yesterday, ready to start killing it again! Wooooo!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Bummer about the car! Hopefully you can get it figured out without too much expense
I kinda fell of last month too. I didn't workout a lot, maybe 5 or 6 times lol. Breaks and enjoying life is always a good thing! If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

So we rested yesterday. Still trying to adjust to this schedule lol. I had aound 11 or 12 days off work and I'm finding the lack of sleep difficult hahaha Tonight is chest and triceps though it's supposed to be stormy so I'm not sure if we will get there but we are going to try!
And wow, took my fake nails off yesterday and I can type fast again hahaha. What a difference. Not sure what I'm weighing after the holidays. I was 135lb in the evening at the gym with clothes on, and then 143lbs at work the next day in the morning
Super bloated from the holidays and I may have been hungover and dehydrated with the 135 weigh in so I'm waiting a couple of days now and eating normally before weighing again. I highly doubt I gained more than a pound over the holidays. I think it was around the 28th or so I weighed at moms in the evening and I was 136.
So consistent eating and no more junk and I'm sure my weight will even out. I'm thinking of continuing with my diet and losing 5 more pounds.
Really excited about my new job. So much more money, almost double my current salary lol. Going to start buying better foods, lots of chicken and rice and stir frys in my future hahahaha. Chicken is insanely expensive here these days. It's like 15 bucks for 4 gimpy breasts. 7.99/lb!
Starting the year off with a new job, more money, and renewed gym goals Making so much extra money while we are already getting by on less, means I can save lots for a house! After I buy a car and a motorcycle lol. I love my life

Yay for new better paying job! Hope it's awesome and government jobs are are good find
The holidays can be crazy, but I think they are worth it, I got away with a 2lb gain that went away once I got home lol.
I get pissy when the store hikes them up to $2.99lb! Here's to better foodz! If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I checked my weight, but haven't gotten updated measurements. I should, I'm basically starting over with what I gained over the last month-ish. >.<
Woohoo! Awesome!
Envying that you didn't gain much, I know I'll lose some water weight and bloat from the off time, but I also know that I didn't gain as much as I did in just water/food weight.
That chicken price is nuts. O.O It's the cheapest meat around here, Jay usually gets a bunch from the butcher, then divides it into food saver bags to freeze. I don't know the $$/lb on it though, supermarket it's $2.79/lb which is still a bit higher than I thought.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Hey guys! I want to start logging everything again but I just have my phone now and I hate updating and posting on my phone lol.
My lifts are going up and I'm so excited! I've been doing rack pulls, bench press, shoulder machine presses and box squats for my main lifts.
Rack pulls vary in height from knee to just over the knee. That lift is 300/345 respectively. Bench was 110 for 4 sets of 3-4 the other day (trying to work my way back up after not benching heavy in ages!) And my box squats at parallel are 205, and the shoulder press machine is plate loaded and I got 110x4 the other day!
Happy! Added a lot of weight to all those lifts since I started focusing on strength. I've been walking every day for at least an hour and dieting wicked with no loss in weight but I still look ok so I'm gonna keep at it til vacation!
I just took some progress pics I would love to post if I get around to it! See what a 139lb turkey looks like
I really want to catch up with you all! It's leg day tonight! Going to try beating 205lbs lolTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Ok just posted my before photos lol. Ignore the broken table and boxes in the background hahaha!
So I'm going to do 5/3/1 again for all my main lifts. 120 for bench, 300 for rack pulls, 220 for box squats and 120 on shoulder press.
Cardio every day for an hour lol. Bought lots of meat and fruit and fresh veggies. Maybe investing in a bike for the house if I can find one!
Oh and I'm also on EI at the moment until January lol so lots for time for posting and videos and cooking and pictures! Gotta get a desk for the computer that's in on the floor lol
So I literally got off the plane yesterday. Had a stop over in Toronto for 12 hours so literally hadn't slept in about 24 hours. Slept in today until 10. Its 12:30 now, never ate yet. Going to get some cardio in and lifting when my guy gets off work.
Not sure what today's workout is yet, but I'm going to crush it! Haven't lifted in about 2 weeks lolTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Ok so I'm down 4lbs in one day haha. 142 this morning. Yesterday carbs were low and cals were stupid low lol. Going to keep that up for the first week to try and negate some of the surplus
Did 1 hour of cardio yesterday. No lifting because my guy was exhausted after a long work day and lack of sleep.
Tonight is bench day! 5/3/1 so I'm doing 80xamap tonight! Gotta get my endurance back up. And my strength is probably crap after two weeks of no gym. We did visit the gym on vacay for a few quick things but I was training my friend that time so didn't do much.
Here's a pic from vacation!
Think jm going to write out my workouts in my book and take a picture to upload lol too hard to do kn my phone!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Glad you had a good vacation! Eating and drinking unlimited sounds awesome!
146lbs really isn't bad on you at all, nice lean tummy, muscely arms still there!
YOu will get those numbers back up no problem! I love 5/3/1 and once I get back into the swing of things I will probably hit that up soonIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
