Thanks! Not too bad at all actually lol. Rack pulls are my favourite. I can't really deadlift anymore since I hurt my back a few years ago. I was going to get into trying a different stance or using the trap bar but rack pulls are exciting to me so Ill stick with those for now lol
Thank you! I had enough food over the past 2 years hahahaha, I'm definitely ok with taking a step back and getting this done so I can get back to my crazy training and actually make gains from it lol. Wanna get 5/3/1 back on the go and beat all my previous PR's!!

Today is day 3!!! Feeling great so far, enjoying my meals.
Breakfast yesterday was 1.5 cups of egg whites with a low fat cheese slice melted over them on a bowl of spinach.
Lunch was a delicious chicken salad. I cooked the chicken in lemon pepper spice and chopped it up super small so it was really flavorful. Then I made my own honey mustard dressing (mustard, stevia and water... It's so good )
....So good actually that I had the same thing for supper lol.
Then after my workout I had 1 cup of egg whites and a scoop of protein made into a pancake with a few strawberry halves and sf syrup on top!!! Yum
Now the only way I'm able to do this right now is because I'm not working If I was, it would not be so easy hahaha
So the Halloween party is tomorrow night! Following my diet and sticking to the diet 0/carb drinks and NOT snacking, I don't care lol. Probably will also try not to get absolutely ossified as per usual lol. I think we are resting today. Legs tomorrow (just box squats and glute bridges and leg extensions)
Walk outside on this beautiful fall day on the schedule for me today!!! Happy Friday!!!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Quick update before the gym and then I have to get ready and then we are going to the party!!!
Weighed in at 135.8 today! Lowest in I can't even remember how long lol
Diet was spot on yesterday. And today until tonight but I'm going to consider it a free meal day which I am not supposed to have but there's no way my stomach can handle booze without food. And I'm gonna enjoy myself tonight hahahaha
Back on the wagon tomorrow and for the next 9 or 10 days or so! Then 3 day refeed, then we will see where we are.
Box squats and curls and tricep extensions here now shortly. One exercise each for arms. Maybe some heavy cable crunches.
Happy Saturday!!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Sooo Saturday was a good diet day up until the evening. I drank all low carb drinks but didn't eat all day so I had a pizza sub that night.
Sunday I was dying. I had a bad migraine the whole day and I was so bloated my eyes were almost swollen shut I can't even explain that. So I ate kind of normal. Too hungover, needed to rehydrate and get some food into me.
Today they're still really bad. Back to the diet though. Lol. Can't wait to not be bloated!
Also.....I missed my period this month. For the first time ever. No amount of stress or diet makes me miss the whole thing. Usually it'll just be light. So I also have to take a prego test today
I have lots of nice pics from the weekend to post! On my bf's phone so I'll get some off him later and post!
Going to run RFL now for the next 7 days straight unless I'm preggers lol. I'll weigh in tomorrow. Lifting later too and I have a workout to post!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Yeah so took 2 tests and they were both negative. Last day of period should have been a few days ago so it's a missed period.
I dknt know if it's the diet or if I'm coming down with something or not but I feel gross. Like irritated and short tempered and exhausted. And my temperature is up. Was in the gym last night and was not in the mood at all.
Also pulled something doing oh presses lol
So making an appointment for bloodwork.
Yesterdays diet day was good. Yoday I'm seriously contemplating my life lol. I'd rather get a kick to the face than go to the gym tonight. So I'm having a day. 2 days, really including yesterday lol.
A few pics from Saturday! And I owe you guys 3 workouts lol. I'll post them soonTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

Drinking makes me so lazy, so I try not to drink too much during the day. Enough for a light buzz, but once I hit "slightly wobbly" status I just wanna plop my arse down somewhere. Probably because I'm just uncomfortable being obviously buzzed up in public. >.<
Sounds like everything you've been doing though is perfect!! I wish I knew how much I had gained and wished now that I had tracked. I am going to next time for sure. My plan is to lean out right now, maintain for a few months to see here maintenance is, and then start a nice slow bulk. With lots of tracking lol
Sorry, rambled a bit. You're looking great already, lol'd at that progress pic with your cat starting at you like "hey human, wtf are you doing?" I'm sure you'll be looking fire (that's what the kids say, right?) once you get to your target.
Yeah I was always a low volume girl until I met my boyfriend. When I started training with him 2 years ago I was 116lbs. Got right up to 143lbs hahaha. Most muscle I ever put on in all my years of training. Fat too but same clothes and still small so its definitely been working in my favor Lots of muscle memory happened too since I had stopped lifting when I got down to that weight. That was tiny for me!!
Thank you <3 It was a screening for colon cancer. My dad had it and it started when he was in his 30's but he wasn't diagnosed until his 50's. Luckily they saved him.
Wait a few days and take another to be sure. Sometimes it can take time for the pregnancy hormones to show up in urine, even as far as pregnancy tests have come. If you have any weird symptoms, a doctors test would let you know for sure.
A few pics from Saturday! And I owe you guys 3 workouts lol. I'll post them soon

Oh, me too. We were just drinking those frozen fruity drinks though so it wasn't really enough to get you drunk drunk. I have no issues being drunk in public hahahaha I'm a little on the I don't care what people think side
I get that, I was like that when I started. I recomped in the first two years and then did some bulk cut cycles. I was super happy with myself before my bulk, back when I took the avi up now. I'd like to get there again and just chill for a bit!!! Then add more hammies and butt
Don't know, I'm old lol. I don't know half the words kids say now a days lol
Yeah variety is fun. I was the same way when I lifted at home. I was so limited my workouts weren't very long because I got bored quickly. Now with being in the gym, I have exercise ADD and am like a kid in a candy store lol
I had a possible symptom of it pop up so my bf wanted me to go get checked out just to be sure.
And I started my period yesterday. No babies! Just really, really late. A first for me.
Hahahaha thanks!!! It was a really fun timeTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

So I drank on Saturday, was hungover and super dehydrated and stuffy on Sunday. Monday my sinuses were really bad and I was exhausted probably because of a bug and hormones. Tuesday was much of the same. Yesterday I woke up and felt great! Started RFL again lol. And started my period, so I'm thinking a lot of the crappiness I was feeling might have been hormones related.
Took Tuesday off the gym. So, since the last bench press day I posted, I did:
Legs on Saturday- Box squats with 165 for 8 reps for 2 sets, then I hurt my knee. It was a short workout lol
Shoulders on Monday
OH Press:
45x10
55x5
65x5
65x5
65x4
Lateral Raises:
12.5'sx15
17.5'sx12
17.5'sx12
17.5'sx12
Face-Pulls:
22.5x17
27.5x13
27.5x13
27.5x12
22.5x13
Upright Rows:
40x15
50x8
50x8
50x8
and last night:
Chest Day!
Bench Press:
45x12
55x10
65x5
75x5
85x3
100x7
100x8
105x6
Incline Cables:
7.5x15
17.5x14
22.5x9
22.5x9
Incline Bench (Super incline)
60x10
65x8
And that was it. So on Monday I weighed in at 142. I was super bloated. Today I was 137.0.
So since I had a few days of eating whatever, I'm going to run another 10 days of RFL before refeeding. No social events this weekend, next thing we have now is an engagement party on the 9th which falls on the 10th day. Crap isn't UFC this weekend??
Damn it lol I hate being social for stuff like this. I'm too angry and short tempered on this diet to be around people lol. Anyway, I'll figure it out. Maybe take a diet break at the 10 day mark for a few days and then do another stint.
I'd like to get down to 130. That would make me happy.
Anyway, legs later!!! Happy Thursday!!!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

I'm envious, I wish I was more like that.
I get that, I was like that when I started. I recomped in the first two years and then did some bulk cut cycles. I was super happy with myself before my bulk, back when I took the avi up now. I'd like to get there again and just chill for a bit!!! Then add more hammies and butt

[quote[And I started my period yesterday. No babies! Just really, really late. A first for me.[/QUOTE]
My first late one had me really fluffed up, I was so anxious/straight up terrified. A few friends calmed me down though. With my IUD I'm used to having later ones, ridiculously light ones, and sometimes none. Though I'd prefer light to none, just for the reassurance.
Yay, seeing another person here posting about their drinking, and hangovers makes me feel like like a drunk. >.<
Not even close, but I feel like I mention it in regards to weight or just dealing with post-drinking chitty feels more than most. lol
I'd like to get down to 130. That would make me happy
Well, not now, but it's a great starting point for me to bulk, since it gives me up to twenty pounds to make gains with. I usually stop my cuts at 135-140 because I look alright by then, and just get tired of it.

HI everyone!!!!! How have you been!?!?! Guess what I'm doing!?!?!
I hired a coach!!! We joined a new gym and it's amazing. Always empty and its huge lol. 5 minute drive from the house. We have been having some sick workouts!
The program she has me doing is 5 days a week! Like PHAT kind of. Legs, push, pull, rest, lower, upper, rest
I was eating 200g of carbs a day on lifting days and having one refeed every 8th day. Then I got sick lol, and I had a week off but still following my diet
Almost better, on Day 1 of Week 5 of 7!! Strength has been going up every workout! Lots of volume. 3 sessions of cardio for 25 minutes. Actually now it's been changed to 30 once I'm better.
I'm EXCITED! Finally following a plan again and seeing results. Back to counting cals after not doing it in years lol. I was about 136-137, now I'm in the 133's
Happy! How is everyone!?!?! I'm gonna go creep as soon as I can!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Thanks! Best decision I've ever made! Got me into counting calories and remembering how important it is to count or know what you're eating in order to make changes to your body. Enjoying the accountability too!
I'll be posting the scatter update here and there. My workouts are insane and I have to type them out on a spreadsheet in excel every week so I wont be posting those hahaha. But I could make daily calorie/weight updates and post my progress! She tweaks things on me every now and then.
I was lifting with a bit of chest congestion last week and it turned into pneumonia lol. So I've been on antibiotics now for 7 days today. 3 days to go!
Weight loss when you're heavier is not as noticable either as it is when you're lean and enjoying newbie gains lol. A 3lb loss is hardly noticable at this point. I'm going to have to go for about 10-12 weeks I think to get shredded like I used to be.
I'd say around 125-127lbs would be sick. I don't get much free time these days.
Did I mention we got a dog? And Austrlian Sheppherd? F@ck we get no free time lol. He is hyper as all hell. Sweet little guy though <3Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Got a new laptop so that makes journaling easier lol. It's refeed day tomorrow!!!!!!!!! Less carbs because I'm resting, but still 250g that I'm going to make good use of. I can't wait to crush the gym again! Hoping to go now on Thursday. Feeling much better here. I've got legs as my first workout back and I'm going to try the trap bar I think! Never really used it before but I sprained my lower back over the winter and it's still not the same. I can do DB deads but not squats! My back doesn't like having weight on it at all.

I know, I was gutted to see everyone has more or less gone. I was thinking about you guys, too. We were all so active on here. I still have my ham top from Hammie.
I've started a new journal, just for the fun of it. So much has changed in the last 5/6 years. I ended up not doing any training for 2 years, got back into it properly again back in 2017, now I'm taking it more seriously and doing a cut. It's so much easier now I've matured and stopped being a bish about it .
You look absolutely amazing in your picture. So much progress has been made.
I don't have ******** anymore, just Instagram which is filled of pics of the fur crew (pets).

Yeah it’s sad that there’s no one around anymore. Used to be such a fun and motivating place to be.
Going to go look at your journal! I might start logging again
Yes it’s so different now that we’ve been at it so long and know how it all works. It’s much easier to trust the process and go with the flow. I used to be so anal about everything lol, now I can’t even remember the last time I counted my calories haha
And thanks! That was about 3 years ago. I’ve been on and off the gym for months at a time after that. A few times I stopped lifting for almost 6 months lol so I don’t have as much muscle but I’m working on it!
Aww that’s sweet lolTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

I do have a few of them, but not a lot.
Oh good despite all the craziness that's going on in the world right now lol. Working from home, basically watching workout videos and stretching in between work and going for walks with the dogs on my breaks. Then the love of my life comes home from work and we either crush weights or go out running errands, go for walks or lately for mountain bike rides or just chill and watch shows
Yesterday we did a back workout, then mountain biked with a friend for like 2 hours lol. It was intense but good! I'm probably going to do shoulders and abs today while he is at work because when he is off, we are heading over to a trail to go riding on and then going to a friend's house for a little fire in the backyard. Life is good lol
I injured my back 2 years ago and haven't been deadlifting or squatting much in a while. I got my numbers up pretty good last year but then life happened and I stopped lifting for about 6 months lol. Getting back into it all again over these past few months and really trying to make some improvements. Slowly getting back to deadlifting and squatting. Also haven't benched in forever so gotta get that back up too. Posting my workouts would be sad right now hahaha.
I'm also not tracking my food or anything but I've been at this long enough to know what I'm eating roughlyTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

I love the sound of your life. It sounds peachy and I love that you've got dogs. Aren't they just the best. I sent Hammie pics of mine yesterday.
I absolutely need a chrio at the moment. I miss mine a lot. Have you ever had one?
Aw, it's so lovely to be chatting to you again buddy! It's been so long.
