The first picture is from the beginning of February and the second one is from the end of December. In the first picture I was about 127 and 8.1% bf and the second I was about 141 and 9.7% bf. This equates to 10.6 lbs of muscle gain and 3.4 lbs of fat gain. I feel like those numbers might be a little generous. Any thoughts?

2015 I was 68 KG
2018 I'm now 82 KG

I trained to just put general mass on as I thought I was really skinny and now in 2018 and 14 KG heavier I want to get even bigger

Also tried my first 1RPM Deadlift which was 150kg (330 lbs)
