Almost before to after(current)
I can't find any before picture with my shirt off. The picture on the left is after working out about 6 months, never working out before. Starting weight is 150 lbs, Picture on the left is me at 155 lbs, and picture on the right is taken 2 years after the first at 180. I am 31 at 6' and have a very high metabolism. 5000 calories a day to maybe gain .5 lb a week :/. Getting there slowly but surely.

Hello, everybody. I started working out after a long break at the end of last year. The ulimate goal is to become physically stronger and have an athletic body.
Some stats:
Age: 30 (currently)
Height: 183 cm
Weight: 74 kg (fluctuates between 73 and 75). I used to be slim (weight 59-65 kg) for many years and gained more weight during last summer (the absolute maximum was 77kg)
Workout routine: started working out intesely (6 days a week) with a friend, who has a similar goal. Last week I started following a new program and train 4 days a week instead
Nutrition: trying to eat more meals daily (aim for 6 and sometimes manage to eat only 4), not using supplements
Current state: skinny fat (some muscles start to show up and the abs is still covered by a layer of fat (sort of a remain of a minor belly I had in summer)
Aim: gain so more lean mass and get more in shape before summer.
A few pictures: 4-4.5 months since the start
imgur.com/a/gNUnJ (just insert https//)
Hope to get some feedback and suggestions.
Happy Easter!Last edited by SlimGuy25; 03-31-2018 at 12:29 PM.

Out of the game so I'm not as ripped anymore, but:
before pics were from the 18th century looking bathroom and after were at the gym.
Never really worked out before going to the gym to refine my martial arts. It's most noticable from what it did to my calves from footwork but I ended up going from 147 pounds @ 6ft to about 183 pounds and about 8 perfect body fat. Used to be a 27 inch waist and 42 inch chest going to 29 inch waist and 48 inch chest.
Anyway I'm not quite that fit anymore because I was permanently banned and good punching bag setups are impossible to find at a gym anymore and I don't wanna go to scamass MMA gym where they try to force you to pay for classes and will kick me out for not using gloves. Gloves are for the weak, and I have years of bone conditioning and my actual feet got more damaged from footwork than my hands would get damaged bare knuckle. at one point I had over 50 cuts on the bottom of my feet from footwork and blowing out shoes once every week or two.
Gloves make me not punch as hard, limit the moves I can do, and they promote sloppy technique :/

Aug 2017 - June 2018
Here are some pictures showing my progress from August 2017 to June 2018, so technically I've been working out for 10 months but I worked out at home and didn't start going to a gym until April, which is also when I started eating a lot better. I am fairly happy with my progress so far considering I started off so skinny, but I'm definitely not satisfied yet.
(120 Lbs in the before pictures and 158 Lbs in the after pictures, at 5'11)

Starting over
Hello! I'm new to the forum and would like to get your opinions on exercises that would fit my current body to achieve my goals.
I'm 31 years old, 6'2.8 feet tall and weigh 194 lbs.
I'm currently working out in the gym 3-4 days a week using a 3 split program. I've been going to the gym for about 2,5 months now.
1) Legs/belly
2) Chest/Sholders/Triceps
3) Back/Biceps/Backside Sholders
I addition to working out in the gym, I use fitnessbands at home sometimes.
My goal is to lose some body fat and put on more muscle.
From looking at my pictures what do you think are my weak spots and what exercises should i do to adress them?
Thanks in advance!

Mass? Heavy? No thanks..
As a taekwondo and tricking martial artist (and practitioner of multiple other extreme and endurance sports) I trained/worked hard since childhood to be this "light" and athletic/flexible.. and mantain my body shape and weight.
I'm 5'9 (1,75 meters) and my weight fluctuate between 130 pounds / 59 kg (at age 15) to 180 pounds (82 kg)..
(p.s. I already was 5'9 (1,75 m) at 15 years old and stopped growing since..)
I don't think my body looked much more different when I was heavier.. but I did feel very different (much worse, less athletic, less flexible, with a much lower stamina but obviously stronger) when I was heavier, with a higher body muscle & fat percentage.
I have a home gym but I work out only to mantain my weight, athletic body shape and well being (maybe), not to get bigger/heavier.

8 week bulking progress
I have been using the "wolverine" workout on this site and eating better than I ever have before. In 8 weeks i have went from 205 lbs to 217. My only supplement I am taking is protein. I am not taking creatine because my family has a tendency to lose hair. I know 8 weeks is very early, but i figured I would start posting on the forums. I am 6'3 and 28 years old. I played one year of college football and have lifted on and off throughout my life. My end goal is to weigh 240+.
