Started lifting in March 2018 , am 6 foot 2
Was 136 lbs in March 2018, now 163-4lbs - still extremely skinny but I feel much better I honestly couldnt have imagined what I was back then

Transformation beginner/slim to intermediate
My transformation is nothing impressive but here's where I'm at. Deciding if I should try to reach 185 in a big bulk and try to be leaner from there naturally or if I want to join the dark side and try a stack weather sarm/PED/HGC or anything else since around 27 years old I feel the gains slowing down as well as progressive over load. Watched alot of Derek plmd before I came to this conclusion about anything endogenous. For the majority I just stayed around 160 and capped out at 3 plates deadlift, squat and 2 on bench. I just want to see how far I can take my body but ill have to research of course. Love this ****, lifting is all I have. Any opinions valid thanks.
