What up guys!
I had an account here a few years ago but I decided to start up a new one now i've reached a decent level of muscle mass, check out my transformation!
I have been cutting down for a couple of months now but as of tomorrow i'm going to document my cut from now (i'll post another picture tomorrow) until I am competition-standard shredded and i'll be documenting every few days!

150lb TO 215lb
I have been working on getting more size since 2012.
I was 145-150lbs in 2012
I am now 215 lbs
I am not sure what my overall body fat percentage is but I know I should Lean out a bit to get more definition. I think I am at 20%. I just like my food too much.
Any critiques are appreciated.

Never really been to a gym before, so I guess I expected a bit more of a drastic change after three months, but I've not been able to eat a surplus everyday or even some weeks due to life in general, and I'm starting to notice changes more.
6' 1"
Now weighing about 12 st (168 pounds) and started three months ago just under 11 stone (150 pounds)
