Hey! Here's my transformation over 2 years. Before I started, my weight was 72 kg, did bulk 28 kg in around 16 months (with 2 of break) and after that, reduced 8 kg, so ended up 92 kg. Still lack of few kgs on lower body cause of knees issue, doing what I can tho.
And I didn't post picture when I weighted 100kg, because of not really interesting look.
weight: 72 kg - 158 lb -> 92 kg - 202 lb
height: 183 cm - 6 ft
age: start: 21 and 23 now.
Hope You guys enjoy![]()

Sure do have a decent back mate. Your posing is way off and if you improve it by spreading your snapula out it'll make your back look a lot wider.
Definitely decent muscle bellies and insertions though. Time will tell if its real good though, as you gain more mass the shape of your back and the muscle bellies will be a lot more pronounced.Best Comp Lifts in the 220lb | 100kg weight class:

First Post
Here's a nice double bicep/ass pic for you guys. This is about a week or two after I started doing 'serious' lifting. I played sports and did pushups/pull ups in high school. Been gaining a lot in the past month and a half- deadlift went from 135 @ 3 rep max up to 275 @ 3 rep max. (had no lower back muscles) Bent over barbell row went from zilch to 185 for 10 reps. Squat went from 135 to 225 for 6 reps. Started eating lots of protein/BCaas/creatine. Really liking these noob gains
two months ago- 165lbs 5'11
now - 177lbs

1 year transformation
Im 6ft and I started around 140 after a few months of lifting I was at 155-160ish. I was foolish and bought every mass gainer, protein/cascein shake I could thinking if I ate and lifted enough too I would get big. Around two months into college I was at 177 and bloated like hell. Once I couldn't afford the fancy shakes I lost all of it. At the end of my second semester I started to learned about dieting. Once I learned how to properly eat and lift the weight came so easily. Now I'm at 185 and it's becoming harder but of it were easy it would t be worth doing.
Sadly I cannot post pictures yet so visit my profile.

Ok this is my transformation. Im now over 2 years with on/off periods. Also I was hospitalized 3 times during that period and had 2 surgeries on left lung. Im training home, and dont have a spotter. Before 2 weeks I started rly hard so I expect some more changes in the next period.
I started with 58kgs 183cm height and now Im somewhere at 72-73kg. Im rly hard gainer.

Very Skinny to Bulky and to much bodyfat
Hey guys, just to introduce myself. Name is Simon and I am hoping to get some help regarding building and cutting. I used to be very skinny in my early 20s. I trained hard with a good work ethic, but now that I am in my late 30s, I look crap.. I train weights with quite a bit of cardio at least 4 x per week. I eat clean and have been for quite some time. Could be my metabolism thats dying on me but I have NEVER had decent abs. I am hoping to get some help from you guys. Im not ashamed to say I look ****.... lol. I have the work ethic to push it to the next level, but recon I keep doing something wrong. I weighed 48kg in my early 20s, I weigh 80kg now. Ive tried fat burners, to no avail.... Any help would be appreciated. Images attached.

I don't know if this is good enough to count, looking at some of the pictures here. i'll post it anyway. Uploaded them without using BB ciode as they are too large for the forum board.
