Before pics depress the heck out of me
Hey guys, new user here. Already made an introductory post in another thread, but I guess I can go through it again.
- I'm a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh. I started lifting senior year of high school but never really knew what I was doing until about sophomore year here at college.
- I started lifting to take care of my total absence of self-esteem. I was always the one kid that swam in a t-shirt for gym class and whatnot. I only ever got cardio work in via marching band, hence the skinnyfat pathetic bod.
Again, I've only posted twice including this one so I'm not able to embed images just yet. Constructive criticism is always welcome! I have a couple more progress pics on my Bodyspace, but nothing very recent at all. You can also hit me up on Instagram @saifauto_ if you'd like.
Glad to be here!

Here are some progress pics (only two that I'll show)
They were taken only about three months apart after training with Arnold's basic routine.
I believe I'm a mesomorph but I'll need some confirmation for this..
You should be able to tell the before and after, HOPEFULLY!!!!!

Sounds like you have a fast metabolism like most EctoM's. As corny as it sounds, you're burning more calories than you're consuming, hence why you aren't gaining any weight.
Spend 5 minuets to work out your stats and a figure of your recommended calories, then just add on say 100 calories, and week by week just add more and more.
Example- If your body is burning 2500 and you're consuming 2600 that is a positive figure = Weight gain.
Long story short, EAT MORE

A shame to see that there are skill bros amongst us trying to pass off their clearly celltech gains as natty. I hope a day will come when we can all just be honest.
Either way great work to both them and the natties, some sick transformations for sure.✖ NO PORN ✖

I guess I'll post some pictures as well then.. ^^
Transformation from when I started lifting to now (a 14 months difference).
I think what gave me huge results was the fact I didn't follow full body or strength programs, but hopped directly to PPPL (Push pull push legs, the push muscle groups are divided over 2 days) and later to just PPL (push pull legs).
My weight went from 64kg to 78kg and I believe I got leaner as well. Ohh, what a good lean bulk can do..

Hey Guys, I'm Robin. I want to compete in a year!
I started lifting about 2 years ago and did so half-assed for about year and a half.
I started off at 120 and now I hover around 150 mainly because I wasn't serious about it till recently ( less then 3 months).
I have a ludicrous fast metabolism which is a blessing and a curse. Sadly I do not have a before picture on this computer, once I find one I'll update it!
Currently this is me: youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=H1SNsJnkAqg#t=69
