Age, Height and Weight should all be considered ... i'm 32/3 yrs old and trying to bulk atm, I don't want to see 16-24 year olds transformations, although good to look and props to those who do it, I'm more keen look/read pics/threads on guys who are the same as me.
Here's hoping I can stick to this and take it more serious

Before, I was 145 lbs aged 17 and about 5´11. I am about 6 foot now and after lifting on and off since 18, I am now 20, 184lbs and currently on a short bulk and will be cutting in 3 weeks for the Summer.
I gained so much mass in my first 6 months of lifting as soon as i upped my calories.
i still feel really skinny now though despite the obvious changes haha.
Because of girlfriends and other ****, i Couldn't train consistently, so this is probably just over a years worth of serious resultsLast edited by mastercross1; 03-21-2016 at 06:29 PM.

Jan 20th - March 20th
Hey everyone, I'm 6 ft 4 in and started hitting the gym and fridge hard a little over 2 months ago. I am working my ass off to put on pounds of muscle and build some mass. My goal by the end of the year is 195, but by keeping to my current eating habits I could be there by August. Thank you for allowing me to share.
