It had to be replaced I spent most of the day getting it fixed yesterday.
You could always take up dancing in your spare time
Thanks! It's an old one, but one of the best ones I think. If I end up doing the showcase in April, I'll have a new one(s) to post. I haven't decided though.

GI Issues
TMI Alert
There's been no lifting this week in part due to GI issues. There's just not a lot moving through me right now. I'm up almost 5 lbs since the end of December and I definitely haven't been eating enough to gain that much. I've even taken something to help me poo with little results At least I'm still keeping food/liquid down! That's always a plus.
If I still can't go by this weekend, I can take magnesium citrate, but I need 2 days off after taking that. It cleans me out a little too well most times. I'm mildly hopeful that my change in diet today will help (super high fiber, no processed foods, pineapple). We'll just have to see in the morning.Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343

Diet change yesterday did nothing. Eating/drinking is now making me extremely uncomfortable. I'll be eating very little between now and when I get off work tomorrow. Probably mostly liquids. I know they're short tomorrow evening, so hoping to not get mandated.
Definitely. Just wish there was an easier fix, or one that doesn't require 2 days to wear off LOL.Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343

Yeah, I didn't realize how bad the GI issue had gotten until my work days started. Of course I can't do anything about it then.
Anyone can dance with proper instruction.
~~~~~
I came home, napped, and was thinking about attempting some cardio or light lifting that didn't involve a lot of abdominal bracing. I'm too uncomfortable. Tried to eat a small salad, thinking the roughage might help. I can't eat it. I'm too uncomfortable/nauseous.
Currently, food and liquid is staying down. I'd like to keep it that way. Fingers crossed I don't get mandated so I can drink some magnesium citrate and feel better!Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343
The taste is horrible. I took me hours to talk myself in to most of the bottle instead of just half. Just a few sips difference, but still. It will completely empty me out though.
No real meals today: a bagel, a can of soup, and a few bites of mashed potatoes. About an hour ago I thought I was going to throw up. Glad I decided against Ramen.
I think I am going to have to be much more strict with cutting out highly processed foods. When I eat low carb, I don't get this constipated. I'll have to find my upper carb limit or how much junk food is too much. I know life-long ketosis is just not going to work for me!Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343
Week 2 Wrap Up
Well, I did absolutely no working out this week. I learned that my body does not respond well to constant junk food. I'm definitely going to be making diet changes. I need to actually start cooking more food and getting more variety.
I've had a successful day spent in the bathroom. Weight was 133.4 lbs this morning rather than the 137 lbs it was last night before going to bed. I've had Ramen and pineapple today. I'm debating on ordering a pizza as after days of hardly eating, I'm rather hungry.
The goal is to do some sort of workout tomorrow, whether or be lifting or cardio, I don't know. I just want to start the week out right.Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343
Glad to hear the bathroom workout was very successful. I certainly can't lose that much in a day with my gym workouts
Pizza sounds good too.
Hope you get in your workout tomorrow.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903
Week 3 - Cardio
I managed to get in my cardio workout. I wore both my old GPS watch and new GPS watch to see how the new one works in comparison. I'll eventually learn how to use it I suppose. Still struggling for the time being though. Need to actually read the manual. What a concept!
I'm going to be using something when I have off again. It won't be magnesium citrate because I don't have any left. Well, I do, but they say to use it within 24 hour of opening, and it's been longer than that. I might give it a try but don't want to be stuck in the house for yet another 2 days. Stuff to do.
Stuffed crust pizza is delicious! So glad I found a place with it that delivers! Just wish their pizza was thicker in general.
~~~~~~~
Not worth making a separate post for this. I'm still having GI issues. Super nauseous all week so far and have yet to make it to the gym. I took a coworker home yesterday so she didn't have to wait outside for the bus. Then today I had to get pet supplies. We're supposed to get up to 2 feet of snow Friday/Saturday. Kitties gotta eat!
I'm hoping to feel good enough after work to get a workout in tomorrow, then again Thursday and Friday. I'm supposed to work this weekend and don't know if I will have to go in on Friday because of the storm or not. We'll see.

Sorry you are still having the GI issues. Hope you can get in a workout.
Not looking forward to that snow storm either. Found they named it Jonas. They seem to be all over the place regarding the potential amount of snow we will be getting. Certainly feel for you having to go into work during that mess.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

Your bike sounds fancier. Mine is just a regular bike on a trainer so I can ride it inside. No levels or anything like that per se.
No clue when they started snow storms. WTH is up with that? Gah. I'm so over winter!Me vs. Me: Lifting with UCTD: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170084343

It's pretty good, a Schwinn something or other, but since you bring it up I must say I had to take apart damn near everything on that bike the first time I got it. Wasn't working right so Schwinn kept sending me replacement parts and made me play bike mechanic. I know how the thing works very well now! But ultimately Amazon had to send me an entire new one. It's a great bike now though lol.

Week 3, Day 1
I made it to the gym after work today, finally. I was initially worried since I had a late lunch, but things went okay for the most part. I definitely need to work on conditioning still. I notice that severely lacking during all my workouts since I started back.
Deadlifts - These went well except for the conditioning part. I get out of breath very quickly and it takes me 2-3 minutes to catch my breath. I can't wait until that is no longer the case.

No gym today. Trying to get some things done around the house before going in to work tomorrow afternoon/early evening ahead of the blizzard. I suspect I won't be home until Sunday or Monday. Bought some junk food and will bring other snacks as well. Still hoping to get in my home workout tomorrow before I leave. Great workout.
Really hoping it is a huge dud. It wouldn't be the first time.
I'm actually traveling on business this week and ended up changing flights to try to beat the storm. Turns out I wasn't the only one that had that idea...my flight home and one that was a few hours early are completely sold out.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

Yay junk food! You know a pack of Oreos has a chit ton of calories in it, could feed somebody 2kcals a day for many days out of a pack for $2. Planes and ships should have trunks full of Oreos in case anything happens. It's not healthy I know but will keep you alive better than eating seaweed and tree bark. (You guys mentioned flights and snacks, that's how I ended up down this road.) Possibly Poptarts too, although rage would quickly ensue when you realized there is no toaster on the island and or mountain peak to warm them in.
