This might not be a total solution, but first thing in the morning it likely won't be as packed.It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

I actually planned to change my workout this morning from the international chest day (Monday) to avoid the benches. However I was pleasantly surprised that the benches were not crowded. Now the bikes, treadmills, stairmasters, etc., that's another story.
Then again, I am in the gym at 4:30 am, so the typical resolutioner doesn't usually make it in that early.
