Hi i am 16 years old. I have an excess of fat around my love handles and on the chest area.
At the start of June i started going to the gym and i did cardio and ab workouts for 3 months. In August i started weight lifting and have specific days for every muscle. I thought it may help me lose some fat. So far i still weigh the same even though i do cardio and i have not seen much progress in my body. My chest is still droopy and i still have massive love handles. I run and when i do i do it for at least 15 mins on the treadmil.
Please someone help me lose my fat as it has become demoralising and im desperate
