You do know that gaining lean muscle or losing fat has to do with meeting your specific caloric and macro needs for your goal rather than taking a specific protein powder right??
Meeting nutrition needs + a smart training program + rest/recovery has more to do with muscle building or fat loss rather than: taking a specific protein powder whether it's on a top 5 list or not.
