Thought I'd go ahead and start a log here. I'm a 21 year old just trying to drop a little fat after my 7 month bulk. I competed at IPL worlds a month ago at 181, but was really about 187 pounds at the time. I'm transitioning from Powerlifting to Oly lifting, so my goals are changing slightly.

Overall a pretty good workout! Felt a bit lethargic, but that's to be expected considering my calories being dropped.
