Setup Weekly Recap Email

Looking to setup "Weekly Recap Emails" but have not been able to locate it. Can anyone provide some direction?

You should receive them automatically. Do you get other Bodybuilding.com emails?

I'd love to know how to get these recap emails as well. And yes I get every other bodybuilding email.

Thanks for this link - just sent in my request. Out of curiosity, if I used to receive those update emails and now do not, why would they have been stopped? (They weren't in my spam folder or trash.)
