Anyways,
23 year old male-
5'8'' 157 lb ~16-20% body fat (closer to 20)
Goals:
- Stop impulsive/binge eating (been going on for 3 years)
- ~9-11% body fat
- increase confidence
- develop balls of steel
How?
- Calories: 1400
- I will not count macros for the first week as I'm trying to simply maintain caloric discipline. Once I can stick to 1400 calories, I will be attempting to stick to 1400 calories of x protein, x fat, and x carbs.
- Eat every 2 hours. [IF does not work for me. For some it does. That's life]
- Recording everything in MyFitnessPal app.
- Keeping spreadsheet on excel tracking water, calories, activity, mood, and thoughts on binging
- Stronglifts 3x5 (cutting version)
- Biking- 40 minutes 6x a week
- Brisk walking- 2 hours a day (listening to audio books, podcasts, meditating, etc.)
- I will update this log daily regardless of what happens.
*If anyone is reading/following this, please neg me if I don't post on a particular day*
- I will weigh myself daily and record in this log.
