Also tried something different for my cardio, haven't done battle ropes in a long time as they are in the PT area at my current gym. Hit the gym after a little over 12 hours of work and only 5ish hours of sleep. Had a stimul8 rtd on the way to the gym from work and I was definitely fired up, but the strength just wasn't there. Couldn't go as heavy as normal so I hit 100 reps of squats and my legs were tore up.
Stimul8 RTD gave me amazing energy, taste reminded me a little of cough syrup as it was kind of thick but not in a bad way. I will probably buy more of these or possibly a tub of the powder. I have a sample of the powder laying around I might try out soon.

Looking very solid man, we all have those "days" were we get off track slightly.
I had one over Valentines Day...and felt like complete garbage for a few days afterwards. Crazy how your body changes from eating clean, to eating "junk".
I'm close to my goal of 185 for my cut...waiting to see if I want to continue cutting or start clean bulking.

I got a puppy 2 days ago which resulted in almost no sleep last night, so hitting the gym after work was an absolute disaster.
