Another rest day today, although I did some demolition at work today using a large sds hammer drill and got in a pretty good workout.
Weight has been dropping and I feel like I'm looking leaner and leaner every day. Just over 2 weeks in and I'm down around 6lbs. Going to bump calories up a bit to ~2200 a day and see where that takes me.

Stocked up on steak at Costco Sunday, so still eating steak. Top sirloin cap steak, put one on a low carb pita with onions, pepperjack cheese and mayo and ate two by themselves. No as there is an unknown dose of F95 in AnaBeta Elite which is thought to be around ~50mg. And I've had good results with ABE and an extra 25mg in the past so I'll stick with it. I've been using Forskolin on and off for over a year now and GI issues have been minimal, once in awhile things aren't solid coming out, but can't say that it's a direct correlation to the F95.
