I know its hard on a daily basis some times to find motivations, especially when you don't see result quickly. Think about the long run. Why did you start lifting? Think about getting huge, and running into old friends or family that hasn't seen you in a while, think how blown away they will be by your transformation. Its okay to be shallow, if it motivates you to go achieve your goal.

I would say something along the lines of how big you have gotten already or how much progress you have made so far, but you don't have any photos on your profile.
Anyway... Stop slugging around and go achieve your goal.
ps... 2 days isn't that long of time off from the gym
