Finally Committed
New guy here! I finally decided to get serious about my fitness journey. I've been a skinny guy all my life, and made up my mind to change that. I started casually working out in 10/2022 with a simple goal of being consistent. Then I started getting serious about planning workouts in 12/2022 and am currently starting to focus on nutrition as of 2/2023. I'm in the DFW area, 38, married, a father, and a Christian. I hope to connect with some guys here for motivation, inspiration, and knowledge sharing!

I’m Tabitha :)
Hi there I’m Tabitha. I’m 21, 5’4 and a whopping 325lbs at the end of the day. I’ve been going to the gym for three weeks now, in 2017 I was consistently in the gym and got down to 260 (I still had a long way to go when I fell off the band wagon) I’m back in the gym but I’m still struggling with binging. I’ve been tracking my food intake the past three weeks but not calories yet which I know is very important. I’ve just been trying to get in the groove of tracking and exercising so I’m just taking it slow. I want to get an understanding of how much and what I’m eating. Now it isn’t as accurate since I’m not weighing and I know that’s the first step to losing weight. When I go to the gym I do 20-30 mins cardio and strength training for another 30-40 minutes. I know overeating will just undo my work but I’ve make a lot of swaps for Lowe calorie options as well. My goal is to lose 100lbs. But my small term goal is just to lose 5 pounds a month in the rest of this year at least. Im excited for this journey. I’d appreciate any support and I am open to taking advice. Please don’t be harsh to me as this is vulnerable to post.

I'm Campbell
My name is Campbell. I've become aware of the need to engage more with communities to achieve my goals and losing weight and building muscle feels no different. For the last 3-4 years I've been on and off with dieting, weightlifting, etc, so I want to make it stick and joining this community I'm hoping might help me reinforce my actions. I'm 22, 5"9 and weigh about 93kg. Using a body fat percentage chart, I've probably between 25-30%. Over the next 3 months. I'd like to reach the next step, which is 20-24%. I look forward to sharing my initial progress pics and my journey. My goal for the next week is to walk through the gym front doors 4 times. There is no commitment to exercise, just walk through the gym front door, even if it is awkward. I'd also like to commit to walking just 10 minutes each day in my street. I have also set a goal to have a protein shake with creatine every morning for breakfast. Have a great day!

Hey y'all :D
I am Snowy
I want to become the world's (or rather America's) first bodybuilder who is also a self described furry
(My fursona is a protogen)
I am 5 ft 8
Weigh 150
BFP: 13%
Current goal is to build as much muscle as possible naturally
My current path is the powerlifter path
Gain a big amount of muscle with a considerable amount of fat
Up to 240 with 20% body fat by December
And then cut hard down to 206 lbs with 3% bodyfat
I'm 18 and I am currently bulking hard
I'm on creatine but I don't have enough of the right anabolic foods for me to gain strength
I was 110 possibly with a BFP of 6% to 8%
I'm absolutely determined to do ANYTHING to make it on stage in 12 months
Plz don't be mean
I am open to any questions

Hello - my name is Thomas! I'm currently trying to execute an 8x8 bodybuilding plan to gain muscle - after the second week I can say the training is as challenging as any I've ever tried. The program was originally developed by the legendary Vince Gironda aka the iron guru! Let me know if you've ever tried any old school training methods. I'm drug free and only eat real food and use natural training supplements. Hope everyone is well on their fitness journey! -
Thomas
btw/ my profile says I'm 53 - nope 57!

Hi. This is Gary Foo. I'm from Malaysia. It's wonderful to be part of this great community here! I'm truly humble by all your dedication and passion in building your body and achieving your goals!
🤗 Currently over 40, I'm enthusiastic about Gym Fitness, and Group Strength Training. But I once thought that casual running, swimming, & playing badminton were sufficient to maintain a healthy shape. 😬
😷 Then the tide of the COVID-19 pandemic swept through, disrupting our routines. As movement restrictions gradually eased, my wife and I enrolled ourselves in a structured gym fitness program. Little did I know how profoundly this decision would alter the course of my life. 🤩
.
🏋♀ Since that pivotal moment, my dedication to fitness has grown stronger day by day. Under the guidance of a consistent regimen, my life has undergone a noticeably positive transformation. Not only has my physical appearance improved, but my energy levels have soared, my overall health has taken a positive turn, and a newfound confidence has become a central part of who I am. 😎
I am still a work in progress. But I'm enormously encouraged by all your dedication and guidance - to push myself towards a better me.
Thank you very much!Cheers to health and fitness!
