Well well well, here i am, 6'3 330lbs, big ol country boy redneck from Central VA, i like long walks on the beach and to remissness of the good ol days on the pig farm. Crap wrong site!!!! Well the 6'3 330 is true...ok ok ok all of its true. Ive been lifting for about 4 months now. I really enjoy seeing my gains as i write them down every week, what i need to work on, what i have accomplished, training really becomes an addiction no matter how much pain you put yourself through. I work out mon thru thurs and play disc golf on the weekends. What a blast ive had so far in my journey. Many more adventures to come.

New guy.
Hello all. I'm 5'8" 306lbs. I've dropped 7 inches off my waist so far through diet alone. From 54" waist to 47" waist.
Car accident a few years ago took me to bad places and new weight heights. All that is behind me. I'm doing cardio and and hitting the gym.
7 herniated disks makes it tougher, but I'm coming back strong.
Semper Fi.

Hello from GrandRapids MI
Hey my name is Em im 21 years old and new to this site. I have been lifting for 2 years, and am in a very unique situation for my age...
I was born with CKD (chronic kidney disease) and has never really affected me till i started lifting. 2 years ago i got really into it and started taking preworkout/creatine and supplements. Within a year of doing this my kidney function went from 50% to 15% before my dr. Made me stop...
Now a year later my kidneys have completely failed and am now on dialysis. Still try to lift but nowhere near the same strength like i had before. Having a really hard time finding motivation, and wondering if anybody else out there is in or knows someone in the same shoes and if its even capable to make gainz being this sick... anyways i am very excited to get on this site and meet some inspiring people.

Hi all. Another newb member but longtime lurker. I didn't join before now because there's not much I can say that a million others haven't already said. Been loitering in gyms for three years. Lifting seriously for almost two years.

Hey, guys! I'm Jen. Longtime lurker here, too...my profile pic is my "before." I was in my best shape a year ago, was running up to 15 miles a day, then got hurt on a long run (stupid story). I'm back now to get more toned, start lifting a few weights and have that bikini bod back by May! Nice to meet y'all.

Hi all, I signed up to this website a while ago but never really used it. I am 23 and 1.90m. I now want to get into a good shape for summer 2017. I have been doing exercises on and off (due to health reasons) since last year June/July time. I think I have wide hips though idk. If you guys can help me out and tell me what I need to focus more on to get that "V-shape" it be really good

Greetings friends! I'm Ben and here's my little story. I've been weightlifting for three years now, actually seeing pretty incredible results despite my terrible habits (heavy drinking, smoking, drugs?). Thing is, I came to realize that my addiction to the iron trumped all the other addictions so I ultimately went cold turkey on the bad things over a month ago and it worked, surprisingly. So now that I'm almost poison-free, I can really focus on strength, fitness and aesthetics, hence signing up to bb.com after months and months of lurking. If anything, I can say that the gym has saved my life. Anyways, I hope everyone has a great day. Unlock the spartan within and let the gains begin.

Hi from the UK, my name is Simon I'might 27 and currently a serving submariner in the Royal Navy. My goal is to get a lean body and that 6 pack! I'm 5ft 8 and 175lbs at the moment, only 3 weeks into lifting and loving it. I train 5 days a week. Hardest part is keeping a strict diet for me though so any tips would be welcome.

Hello, I am a 45 year old female and just started my journey... I have some health issues but I am determined to get my body stuff in order - I don't like avoiding the mirror or not buying new clothes. I have a wonderful supportive husband. I don't fully understand how to post stuff on the site but I am here to prove to myself I can do it. I found bodybuilding.com through the "The Incredible Shrinking Man" video.
