What kind of changes in muscles strength would I encounter after following a training program for 3 months?

Depends on what you do. But with barbells, of those I've trained, every healthy male under 50 who's worked out at least 24 times in those 3 months has at least squatted 100, benched 75 and deadlifted 120kg. Usually for work sets, but always at least for singles. And most did more.
The women all do 60/40/80 as a minimum.
That's healthy people under 50. If they're injuries or illnesses or over 50 we can't generalise, varies too much.
Of course, it's hard, so few people manage it on their own.
