Neighbor kids are calling me Popeye now lol

    considering giving PM a chance with there new logging opportunity maybe with lonnie in the rgroup things will be different.. That last debacle even though its wasnt PM left a huge Sour feeling for the whole thing. I think you remember how bad those others attacked and hurt me. Anyway I have to consider it but does anyone even listen so thats a consideration Would it be a waste of time for me and a wasted review for PM . The more popular guys would provide more of a following. Anyway resting today I am feeling the volume from the last few sessions bsd both physically and Emotionally. ...

    Just getting back in man, I hope you consider logging for the products---I really think the combo of Con-Cret & Beta-Cret would be great in your supplement arsenal. It would be awesome if we could do a duo log!

    Thanks gentlemen! It's been a busy week---I'm winding down a job and starting a new one next Monday, but the current job asked for some extra time this week and even some help after I finish up my first day at the other job Monday.     Finishers.

    The journey to natural aesthetics is a path of hard work on basic compound exercises with infusion of some tricks & techniques to give you that “icing on the cake.”

    Oftentimes after finishing my work on the basics that provide the majority of muscle-building stimulation I like to finish off the workout with a finisher.

    A finisher in the Ageless Shred philosophy involves a movement or movements that truly push the limits not only in a physical sense, but also will be a test to the mind and spirit as well.

    These “finishers” can be of any movement of your choice, but this is an occasion where I actually prefer isolated movements and sub-maximal loads to fully test my capabilities.

    For example:

    Curls 8 reps

    Press 8 reps

    Triceps ext 8 reps

    All done in non-stop tri-set fashion for an exquisite burn and incredible pump to the muscles targeted.





    This triad of a finisher will help accomplish total stimulation of all and any remaining dormant muscle fibers that the heavy compound work possibly missed.

    Give the “finisher” a try and reap the rewards!
