Really happy about this. This is a goal i've had in mind for way too long now and I finally accomplished it today. Hoping to also achieve a 225 squat before 2017.

325 deadlift at 132
Well not the most sound form, definitely need to work on that during heavy lifts, but still, real happy about this improvement. Progression is going well on all my 3 big lifts right now, and am still on a slow bulk that should last me till around may or so.My log:

End of 2016 Progress
Weight: 132-33lbs
Height: 5'9
Front as of 1/1/17:
Back as of 1/1/17
Lifts:
Squat: 225lbsx1 (As of 12/31/16), 155lbs for 5x5.
Bench: Attempted a 185 bench yesterday but failed, so as of now I am at 175lbsx1. Also, as for reps my best is 155 for 3x5.
Deadlift: Attempted to pull 335 yesterday but also failed, so right now by 1RM is 325lbs. For reps my best is 285 for 2x5.
OHP: 100lbs for 2 reps
Hoping to increase on all these lifts as I continue this bulk till june. Making a goal to be around 140-145 pounds by then.My log:
