Will try and update this daily. I keep failing on my fitness goals so maybe logging it onto the interwebs and having people see and critic my unhealthy lifestyle will motivate me and make me care more hopefully
Will start posting pictures and full workout routines in 2016 just want to get into the routine of eating healthy and logging first for a couple of weeks. Starting weight will also start from the New Year.
Today 12/14/15 Day 1
Meal 1: One cup of almond milk/ one banana
Meal 2: One Avocado, 3 grilled tilapia fillets, One packet Steamers roasted medley veggies.
Meal 3: Two Lean turkey burgers, 3 Servings brown rice topped with seasoning, a serving of cheese and half a small red onion and half a tomato
Snack : One avocado topped with lime and salt, two oranges, one serving peanut butter.
Meal 4: Tuna with red onion tomato pickle light mayo and 10 crackers.

12/15/15 day 2
Iced coffee: 1/4th cup ground coffee 1 cup almond milk 4 heaping spoons of splenda
Meal 1:One Thinkthin protein brownie bar, one Powercrunch protein bar
Meal 2: Two Turkey Burgers, Black beans topped with serving cheese
