    dreamer bulk 233-215 accountability log

    hello everyone

    as seen by the pictures my skin is pretty messed up from a failed bulk a while back, cut down and bulked up very well and now cutting down again. mainly posting here for accountability.

    starting weight 233

    goal 215-210 i'd like to be 6-8%

    Diet is 1000-1500 aggressive cut psmf style

    Hoping this goes well...

    First day is good at 1800 calories bit high since workout was intense - back arms chest focus. very good pump on arms today

    If you don't mind me asking, what weight did you get up to to leave excess skin around your mid section? It's nothing too drastic. I'm just curious.

    I didn't get really big i just gained REALLY fast, probably 270-280 ALL in the stomach and love handles, the lower back area is extremely flabby. 280 probably 35% to 200 probably 15 and now 233 15. getting hard 250 is the long term goal, skin should look fine then. also my nipples got a little relocated lol

    You'll fix it up no bother mate. Smash this cut and then get on the bulk (a little slower this time LOL)

    I was just wondering. I'm cutting from 235 and hoping that I don't end up with any excess sking when I get down to a decent BF %. The very bottom of my stomach is starting to feel a little "flabbier" as I am losing fat. But I'm hoping it will be nothing to worry about.

    Really all i got was alot of stretch marks and horrible stubborn stomach fat, chest, legs, ass are all firm. Problem is that you have to get really shredded to get completely firm skin after getting really fat from everything ive seen. i gained a solid 30-35 lbs of lean mass up from 200 which absolutely improved my skin tremendously, i am probably a higher bf but look alot harder especially in the back

    Around 2000 calories today, I'm going to stick with 1500-2000 now.. burn alot more calories than when I was 30lbs less.. Getting leaner eating alot more is a great feeling
