Try a strict regiment of 20 minutes of twerking 3 times a day. With body weight exercises, there's no equipment so you can exercise anywhere and whenever you have free time... at the office during lunch break... in line at the grocery store... at a parent and teacher conference... etc. When the body weight exercise becomes easy, then add a hula hoop.Originally Posted by aj2754
