What type of machine will tone my butt checks the best? I don't want to get too bulky but want tush definition. I basically want my milkshake to bring all the boys to the yard. So what machine is best? 2016 is going to be the year. Thanks for the help forum! I swear I'll become a regular!

Try a strict regiment of 20 minutes of twerking 3 times a day. With body weight exercises, there's no equipment so you can exercise anywhere and whenever you have free time... at the office during lunch break... in line at the grocery store... at a parent and teacher conference... etc. When the body weight exercise becomes easy, then add a hula hoop.
