    Supplements helping the fat burner

So the debate is over and our team's doctor ordered 2 months supply of the instant knockout thermo fat burner for each of us injured players so that we can all be fit before the finals start in march.

I don't know if this is a good choice or not but all what I know that i m keeping my diet at 2000-2200 cal and keeping my 8 training sessions a week which lead me to already lose 17.5 Kgs (from 152 to 134.5 Kgs).

what I m here asking for is:
1- is it a good fat burner or it does have plenty of side effects? (based on a personal trial please)
2- what other supplements should i take beside the IKO and the orange triad MV? like CLA or Fish oil or some sort of other supplement that might

N.B we have doping tests every once in a while so anything with banned substances is not valid including ephedra

Fat burners don't actually help burn fat. They may help suppress appetite or provide some caffeine, but weight loss ultimately still comes down your diet and exercise.

DIET AND EXERCISE. There is no magic pill for weight loss so you're not going to get the answer you want to hear.

You want to be "fit before finals start" and asking if a pill is "a good fatburner".

I've answered your questions with the truth, which apparently you don't want to hear. Your other thread had this same response and it also wasn't what you wanted to hear. If you don't want to listen to the truth, maybe go ask the magic 8-ball and get the answer you want.

OP have you tried some serious calorie reduction first? Dipatel13 is 100% correct. Pills are not the answer unfortunately. http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/. Check this app out and learn it. Best advice I can give you. Kimm4 sent this to me in the Nutrition section. I listen to the folks who know what they are talking about. Good luck! Hope this helps.

I m clear on that issue as I m already on a calorie deficit for 1500 cal as i take in between 2000 - 2200 while i should balance on 3750 - 4000 beside 8 training session a week and I m not stopping that until our first game on court in February but I feel that I m need of a bit of help from some sort of supplement beside the IKO.

Also please I don't want anyone telling me that no pill can help as in 2008 during my first back injury I went through ephedra for 3 weeks and i lost 9 Kgs while I wasn't strict on my diet so if you doesn't know something that works DOESN'T mean at all that nothing works.

Not certain on the legality of ephedra so I won't comment on that.

Nowadays it became illegal in Australia but I didn't mean ephedra itself, my point is that sure there is things you didn't know about and some of them might work greatly!!
