    Ready for the Rape

    Cliffs-Fruitarianism

    So I'm basically trying to get as lean and fit as possible, and some times just eating a chit load of protein and fat does not cut it.
    I personally think a high quality carb-veggies/fruits/quality grain and moderate protein is the way to go, but yes moderation moderation.

    Have looked in to fruitarianism the past few days, came across it randomly, and there are alot of good points i'm taking away. Food combining, high carb dieting, quality of carbs,
    it makes sense to me and the few adjustments I've made in the past few days have yielded great results.

    Anyone have experience in this and I know this is the last place I should be posting this question, but I look and feel like chit so I'm gonna try to tweak my diet.
    I have been fairly clean this year, oats, brown rice, quality protein, organic fruits/veggies, but it's the small details that I'm missing out on.
    It's quite frustrating to read alot of info actually about the matter that I did not know about, pairing for example protein and starches can cause massive indigestion/bloat and also eating fruit late can cause a bad reaction of fermentation.

    Seems like just another fad-cult like diet. While I do lead a plant/fruit based diet, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

    Holy Chit the man himself, love your vids on youtube man subscriber.
    Going to just do that and get better quality protein overall, alot of knowledge I didn't know could help me, seems like a typical IIFYM youtuber who does it maybe 30% of the time max.

    Rape was good,
    no I'm saying there are points I can take away personally as I struggle with bad eating choices, I don't see anything wrong with bettering your diet through knowledge, I don't think I'll ever be able to eat just fruit for the rest of my life, as stated my ideal diet is quality carbs and moderate protein-I actually prefer carb/keto cycling however I like to sometimes clean up my diet..yah know make things optimal
