From ages 13-16. Taken three years apart, this is my transformation. I was 61 kgs in the first photo, and I am now roughly 73kgs.
Prior to the first photo, I was very overweight, no training and roughly 85kgs at 5'5. I lost 20kgs before even setting foot in a gym due to body image issues
