Holy fuk was that battle overrated.

Couldn't even tell what the fuk was happening, just next thing you know there is a wall of bodies for 0 reason. Also thousands of men? Brb 100 on screen max. The Small Jon fight was anti climatic as fuk for two bad ass men.

Not overrated, give me a TV programme that's pulled off a scene like that before? That episode probably had 1% the budget of a LOTR movie or something like that and yet arguably outdid them.

Also, not being able to tell what's happening was half the point, it was meant to convey pure chaos which it did really well.

What are you even talking about? They used over 500 actors and over 600 crew members to shoot the battle sequence. It's likely to be one of the biggest productions in the history of television series.

Littlefinger is one of the smartest people on the show. I doubt he tries to take the North by force though. He's too smart for that. He wants to marry Sansa likely. 1. He saved the day for her. 2. He now has the army she'll need.

Edit: -Fking lol at Rickon running in a straight line, surely they're taught to run in zigzags in case that exact situation happens. What Ramsey did was predictable as fk (after knowing his character) knew he would let Rickon "free" then run only to pierce his heart.

Because it would show him being truly defeated, not only as a lord but as a person. I would've found it satisfying to see the tables turned and have cold-hearted Ramsey beg for his life the way Theon begged for his penis.

Because its fuken stupid. There is no way in any way shape or form those piles of bodies would ever happen in a battle. Hence whey they never showed how they formed. Was fuken stupid writing. Why not just have the ground crack and create a barrier that way? As stupid as that sounds, it makes more sense than a 20 foot tall wall of bodies.

amazing battle, felt like I was there with the way the camera followed jon so closely. I hope the finale shows a good portion of bran and some revealing information from his flashbacks. also it would be nice if something is done to close out the sparrow and his faith group.

She kept saying to wait for more men or they need more men. If she had known I think she would've told Jon to wait it out in response to him telling her there were no more houses that would help them out.

This is in response to everyone saying Sansa should've told Jon to wait. If she had known she definitely would've told him the night before. Maybe we'll find out next episode

Exactly. And you don't really even know who's side Littlefinger would take. It was a dangerous move to make. He could easily have supported Ramsey and its Game of Thrones over.

What an episode just 10/10.

Reading the books I am pissed that Rickon is dead, was always excited when his name was mentioned as the last hope for the Starks. Now there is Benjen and Bran, but his purpose is greater than that. Imagine Bran Lord of Winterfell from the weir wood garden. I knew Rickon was dead as soon as he was caught and more so when I saw the rope.What a horrible way to die.

But aye no arrows to the face could be resurrected. J/K will never happen.

no doubt, that actor was SO good, and joffrey was overall more well fleshed than ramsey who was just shown as a calculating psychopath.

I think it's a testament to his talent in acting how he was able to make me want to choke him to death thru the television while watching it.

Him IRL and his persona as Joff is such a difference its quite exceptional acting.
