    Mass and Strength program?

    Hi guys,

Real quick I'm looking for a new primarily strength program.i have tried ICF 5x5, madcows, TM in variations and have certainly not followed the routines correctly. I always seem to come back to hyper trophy, cardio and high volume workouts.

I know this is an excuse, but as soon as I start to feel flabby or lose the "pump" i start doing more in the gym, and thus depleting my strength gains.

So my question is, what has worked for you in terms of gaining strength and mass?

I know for myself, deadlifts are the king of giving my body more mass. My squat gets better when I'm running/and squatting 3x a week and my bench never seems to go up unless I'm putting on fat weight.

Any suggestions? I am at 235/255/425 as we speak.

    Goal: 315/405/495
Physique Goal: (long terms) has anyone seen Elliot Hulse?

high frequency, high intensity , moderate volume works best. you wont look like elliot hulse, first hes not natural, second you dont have his genetics. your squat is weak proportional to your bench and deadlift, work on that, good routine below. train for tearing the muscle fibers , not for pump.
