**** is finally getting real in episode 22....Gohan been slacking and about to die. I just can't wait for Vegeta to come in and go HAM on Freeza.

There will be new villains (also Beerus is new). You should give it a try cause it's actually been really good.

I like how they made it different from the movie, but I still think they f*cked up Gohan although compared to the movie scenes this one seems more alpha.

Yeah it's refreshing that the storyline is moving at such a quick pace. Animation wasn't the best in some of the early episodes but it has improved. I was more a fan of the bulkier bodies than these slimmed down versions though.

Watched through episode 6 or so before I decided I would just wait for the English dub since they were going over a lot of the stuff from the movies early on.

Also glad that they didn't stick with w/e the **** happened with the animation in episode 5 which would have made the show borderline unwatchable.

Anddd I read what's coming up from some manga websites - the World Tournament saga was one of my favorite from DBZ (although I was beyond pissed we didn't get to see it play out), so I'm excited for what's coming up.

Edit: And **** Gohan, he's such a bitch.

It's only the first few that are going to be from the movies, then we will be getting completely new content. That being said I still think there are enough differences from the movies to merit watching the episodes.

there's multiple universes and there's going to be a couple new saiyans along with 4-5 other new characters on goku's and vegeta's level

Gohan is a pussy. I really wanna see more of Goten and Trunks. Glad they made an appearance in the latest episode making it different to the movie.

And it's stupid as **** how Freiza got as strong as SSJ god goku with 4 months of training. Imagine he trained for another 4 months.

And the animations seem to have improved now as well, it's getting good. Just wish the episodes were longer. I've become too used to watching 45-60 min episodes.

Die hard fan but refuse to watch until they do English dubs. Can't deal with a bitchy kid voiced Goku even though I know that's the point to give him that innocent feel I can't deal with it... Dragon Ball Z is one of the few animes that sound better when dubbed

The only two bad guys worth recycling are Freeza and Broly. And there are rumors that Broly will return.

However the issue I have is how poorly the explained Freeza's power increase. He was just shy of original SS Goku. Who then becomes scaled massively upwards through the Cell and Buu Sagas. Then another massive increase to the godly forms. And Freeza lifts for like 4 months natty and is somehow super powerful? Really lazy writing.

Brah I was the same way but I've been waiting too long for new content that I gave in and watched the dubbed one. And you know what....it's not even that bad. After a while your mind just sort of tunes out the gay voices and you forget you're listening to Japanese voices.

Though I'm pissed that they made Piccolo so beta.
I also wish they would have had Gotenks go up against Ginyu. Waste time.with pose offs, fight a bit, then the fusion would run out and Gohan would step in

Yeah but if Freeza could get as strong as a super saiyan without ever training at all it's entirely believable that if he trained hard for 4 months he could reach God level.
