Good progress! I am not really the one to talk, but you have noticeably gained mass in these short 5 months! Also that jump on your bench press is insane, Keep up that good work! Your arms and rear delts look like they changed the most!

No problem! You are looking great, everyone needs to be told how well their progress is doing. Yeah, your shoulders and arms look great. If you want to switch up your routine a little to isolate chest more, that might help. I think your chest looked good. Keep up the good work. Keep making progress and keep us posted!

Well when i started out, first two months were hilarious,i did all sort of stupid stuff,i was visiting the gym 5 days a week ...
Then i started following some great program but stopped since it was meant for strengh.About 5 weeks ago i started following a 7 month program for ... well everything
    I m going 4x a week for now.
About deadlift, yeah that should ve been higher but due to my program i were only doing RDL (for hams) and sometimes i would skip it since i get tired doing squats and leg presses (shouldnt have done that).

keep up the great work dude 3-4x a week is perfect for gains many of the great natural bodybuilders trained full body 3-4x a week. This whole thing of splitting up body parts is mainly as you get more advanced with your training and need to recover from your volume being higher in your training.
