Alright guys, heres my physique from April 03 to today, November 03. 7 months of pure progress. I actually got a lot skinnier than this around the end of april, so I guess you can subtract a month off of that.
But yeah, 7/6 months of progress, Critique My Physique lads?

Making ALL kinds of gains.
Legs are looking good, can actually see your lats etc now. Arms are bigger by a few inches.

Dang man! Great progress in such a short amount of time. I Know 6-7 months of hard gym work doesn't seem short when you're looking for results in the mirror every day. But it is evident in your pictures that you put in both the time and effort to improve yourself. Your legs, lats, and chest have improved significantly!
Keep up the great work man! Really motivating me to actually make some progress!

Nice job, I look like you in the first pic body wise and I've been lifting inconsistently for like 2 years xD also only gone up weights like twice in that time lmao
