Hey, i was wondering. Is there a way to lose fat without eating vegetables? Because i really hate eating any type of vegetables.

There are many different vegetables with many different ways to prepare them. Experiment and see which ones you actually like.

Of course, that makes no sense lol. It takes a calorie deficit to lose fat, not specific types of foods.

I highly doubt that eating a small carrot, or piece of broccoli, or leaf of lettuce makes you puke. Man up Sally. Or don't, i don't care.

Alrite mate, i will give it a try for a week see how it goes

But when I do I throw plenty in;
- A curry
- Lasagna
- Stir fry
- burritos
- Spaghetti

Or I will make a big plate full and eat them first then eat a delicious bowl of icecream after. Add them to foods you like.

The answer is: full potato. Wich also happens to be a vegetable you should try.

If that works for you, that's fine.

(Anecdote: It took me a while to get used to eating vegetables when I was younger, but after a while I found some veggies/recipes that I enjoyed and got used to having them on a daily basis.)
