    Im 16,currently 5ft8 and weigh 125lbs,i do kickboxing every day and i eat 5-6 meals a day,healthy...

    Hey, you look good. Kickboxing and that many meals seem to be working for you. As long as they are correctly portioned and not all junk food, you should be good. Keep up the good work, get huge!

    You look great for your age man, I wish I looked like this at 16!

    It really depends on your overall goal, do you want to bulk up and build muscle? If so, I would stray away from relying on endurance work such as kickboxing and instead focus on lifting and upping those calories.
