    Absolutely terrible idea.

Focus on eating healthy and getting exercise. DO NOT restrict your diet as your body is still growing and developing and any restriction, such as what you mentioned, would just hurt your body.

You're going to lose a lot of muscle mass.

I would talk to your primary doctor and perhaps a registered dietitian to help you get a healthy/sustainable weight loss plan.
    You can't help the hopeless.

Don't ever try these 'low calorie' diets. Just eat as much as you need and workout every day.

switch out the banana with an apple. apples have been proven to increase fat oxidation moreso than any other fruit. also avoid any kind of sweeter in your coffee. good luck!

Don't put vanity over the health of your body. Eat healthy and exercise. Get in your meats, fruits, and veggies.

No, it's a truly awful idea. No matter how hard you cut eat .8 g of protein per pound of lean mass, in your case use 125 g of protein as a minimum. That's 500 calories minimum. As you're young and not obese you should also follow all the other sticky guidelines, i.e. 65g of fats as well (another 600 odd calories). Never, never go less than around 1000 calories below what you calculate for your TDEE, you'll be heading towards more than you can possibly burn in fat.

But you should also consider how tall you hope to be as an adult. Calorie restriction affects growth outcomes. Better you avoid it altogether. Why don't you calculate your TDEE, eat that according to the stickies, and start a proper weights program. Just let your body recompose to be leaner and stronger.
