Hello everybody! I've made a gym program and I put it in practice one week ago. It sounds like that: Monday - chest, bicep
Tuesday - legs, abs
Wednesday - back, triceps
Friday - delts, traps
Now i wonder if this program is ok, if i'll have results, how much will it take to see some results. As well i finish the program in like less than an hour/per day with 4 exercises for big groups and 2-3 for the small ones, each exercise 3-4 sets 8-10 reps and i wonder if i'm not too fast(actually i think i make no mistake on exercices).Looking forward for your help.

This isn't a program; it's a list of body parts. We don't know what exercises you're doing, how strong you are, how long you've been lifting, etc.
All that being said, you're probably better off with a novice routine. You can't help the hopeless.
